Add Lifeline Pages on Wix

I already have a Wix site running and now need a small Lifeline section added under one new main-menu button called “Lifeline”. When visitors click that menu item it should open a page that shows two large buttons exactly as shown in my mock-up: “Search Donor” and “Registration”… (Budget: ?600 – ?1000 INR, Jobs: Google Analytics, JavaScript, Web Design, Web Development, Website Design, Wix)
